Special Passport Intervention Exercise for Nigerians in the UK

Great news for Nigerians in the United Kingdom!

The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and the Nigeria High Commission, London, are joining forces to bring you a Special Passport Intervention Exercise this December 2025.

This is your chance to get your passport needs sorted conveniently across various UK cities.
We understand the importance of having a valid passport for travel, work, and connecting with loved ones. That’s why we’re excited to share the details of this initiative designed to make the process smoother for you.

The intervention exercise will be taking place in the following cities:

Can’t make your original appointment? No problem! If you’ve already applied for a passport and have an existing appointment date, you are welcome to attend this intervention exercise in any of the listed cities. This flexibility is designed with your convenience in mind.

What Do You Need to Bring?

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please come prepared with the following essential documents:

  • Vetted Passport Application Form: Make sure this is completed accurately.
  • Printout of Appointment Slip: Your proof of scheduled attendance.
  • Old Passport Booklet: This is mandatory for all reissues, renewals, or changes of data.
  • For LOST PASSPORTS: A Postal Order of £150 payable to the Nigerian High Commission is required.
  • Prepared Royal Mail C4 Special Delivery Self-Addressed Envelope: For the secure return of your processed passport.
  • £40 Postal Order: Payable to the Nigerian High Commission.
